Very nice photograph of the north city of Spain San Sebastian.
It is rare to find such photos coloured, in this case seems to be trying to simulate even a watercolor.It is the view of the town council, at parties, because there is a carousel or "horses" in front of it.The sense of celebration also puts the band left and the general atmosphere of people walking Sunday best.It is signed by the photographer M. Aguirre.
