No

Alhambra Chamber of Justice and Court of the Lions
In the Alhambra, Palace of the Lions marks the climax of its architecture. As a symbol of their synthesis and decorative richness and also the significance of the hydraulic complex of the site, has retained its known source.
A symbolic function, joins the utilitarian. A complicated system of operation allowed to keep the water in the fountain as a sheet. The central cylinder of the cup supplying and evacuating the time, so that water never overflowed
Patronato de la Alhambra:
The yard is in all Spanish-Muslim domestic building the most important element: the center of family life, around which the different rooms are distributed. It is not easy to distinguish the economic level of a family on the outside of the house, even in a palace, which does not happen with patio.
The palaces are but houses on a larger scale and more prominent decorations, but with the same structure and functions. The Courtyard of the Myrtles and Comares takes its name from the large clumps of this plant, also called myrtle, bordering the pool at its sides.
