Uno de los más famosos museos dedicados a la fotografía y a la imagen en general ( cine especialmente) es la George Eastman House.
Les informo que tiene disponibles ( se pueden descargar) los ejemplares de la revista IMAGE correspondientes a los años 1952-1997.
No son de gran apariencia técnica en su forma ni en su documentación pero son curiosos de ojear dado la gran cantidad de artículos que contienen pero, como digo, el avance en el estudio de la fotografía antigua y la calidad de las fotos impresas se nota que han mejorado mucho con el paso del tiempo...
Beginning in 1952, Image traced the accumulation of scholarship in the
history of photography, including the evolving motion picture industry
and the technology of photography. In its first decades there was
nothing like it in the world. Beaumont Newhall, George Eastman House's
first curator and author of The History of Photography (published by the
Museum of Modern Art), was a frequent contributor in the early years,
as was the Museum's first motion picture curator, James Card, an eminent
motion picture historian.
