Exposiciones para ver. Tina Modotti. PhotoEspaña. Loewe. Exhibitions to be seen .

Photographed at close proximity, this luminous pair of Easter lily and
bud take on a sculptural quality. The subtle tonal variations of the
platinum print convey the flower's and bud's distinct, tactile
qualities.

Madrid is must-see for lovers of photography when summer approaches for different exhibitions PHotoEspaña program.
This year, perhaps even better and more diverse exhibitions in previous years.
First comment Tina Modotti exhibition in Loewe Serrano. Already in the past we saw exhibits in this room that are low in known fashion store. By the way if you go with the camera to be sure made pictures of their window-one of the features of the Loewe brand that participated Gustavo Torner- one of the best public places to take pictures of "still life".Tina Modotti PHotoEspañaThis artist, who worked photography a short period of time get some pictures that combine the frame or theme selection (photo of hand with the blade). The composition 'Sickle, Bandolier & Guitar' is very current in photography and see what today seems novelty has been done before. In the best sense of the word as comment and not as a comparison between artists, this photo is a way to make photography as Madoz done today.Portraits, apparently simple, collect the gesture of the sitter and I dare say that collects or makes us see the best of the sitter or why not say it? beauty, beauty that his best as difficult as "get them good" (eg. portrait of Ione Robinson). And, when you want, play with abstraction of the composition, real forms which, through photographic handling becomes small abstract paintings. And often, it presents the documentary function of photography as a witness of his time.Excellent exposure to highly recommendable to see.
