The life and art of Peter Hujar (1934–1987) were rooted in downtown New York. Private by nature, combative in manner, well-read, and widely connected, Hujar inhabited a world of avant-garde dance, music, art, and drag performance.

Entering the Loewe Gran Vía supposed to see, as I said on previous occasions, one of the most beautiful interior staircases in Madrid. Mirror allows multiple photos. In the store they let photos take place because they know their importance.Having said that, we went down to the same reading the poster that warns that the exhibition is for the elderly because there are photos that can hurt their sensibility. This is due to some very explicit photos of nudes but this has nothing to do with the excellent quality of the photos of this PhotoEspaña activity. The portraits, splendid the one of Susan Sontag and the one of Merce Cunningham and John Cage Seated to mention some, good the landscapes of desolation of the city.It shows what Winogrand says that says there are photos that are made by good photographers but there are other photos that show us things that happen made by great photographers. It is one of the great exhibitions of this PhotoEspañaPhotoEspañaPeter Hujar & amp; David Wojnarowicz04.06.2018 - 26.08.2018CommissarMaría MillánOrganizerLOEWE FoundationHeadquarters:Loewe - Gran Vía, 8 28013 Madrid -
