En uno de ellos podemos recoger el detalle  de la norma que impuso que figurara la firma del fotógrafo, su nombre, cuando se publicaban sus fotos en los diferentes medios.

 Real Orden publicada en la Gaceta de Madrid 4 de Septiembre de 1911 .

«A instancia de los editores, directores y redactores de libros, revistas y periódicos, ilustrados, vienen gustosa y constantemente entregando para su reproducción, fotografías de personas y sucesos de actualidad, encontrándose, también a veces, con la grata sorpresa de ver reproducidas esas fotografías de algún interés para la publicidad, que sin su conocimiento, dieron a las publicaciones los propietarios de las fotografías, o son los retratados o interesados que las adquirieron...
Pero sería justísimo que, a juicio de los que suscriben, que se paguen o no las fotografías que a diario aparecen en la prensa periódica, singularmente en la ilustrada, se estableciera a lo menos en una disposición de carácter general, la obligación ineludible en que editores, directores y redactores de hojas de publicidad están de consignar siempre, al pie de cada fotografía publicada, la firma de su autor».

A instancias de una petición dirigida por Kaulak a Ministerio de Instrucción Pública y Bellas Artes que firmaron otros fotógrafos de la época. ( Amador,  M. Alviach, Veronés,A. Nieto,..)
