Fotografía y documentación España siglo XIX Actualización de documentos incluidos tesis doctorales.Photography and documentation of nineteenth century Spain. Update documents including theses.

The study of
photography and its relationship to architecture has been referred to in the

in which they were created. After analyzing all of them and in the absence also
of any previous detailed study for the Spanish case, we considered making the thesis

The post-mortem photography is a genre that was in the Western world since the origins of the History of Photography until well into the last quarter of the twentieth century. Taken together, all these images were born from a common inherited cause of pictorial tradition: to perpetuate the memory of a loved one's face be gone. However, there is in turn a large number of variations and nuances, both formal and functional, in relation to the beliefs and customs of each place; giving, in this way, a range of possibilities rich iconographic.

Salvage photographic memory of Spanish Art Treasures in the Photo Library of the Historical Heritage of IPCE
Throughout the three years of war, the competent bodies established by the Government of the Republic for the protection of cultural property in the area -Juntas loyal Seizure Protection
Treasury and Rescue Artistic- devised and put in new and successful measures to protect cultural heritage practice. These measures included the transfer of artwork to areas far from the front lines, detailed planning of all aspects involved with this type of transport, the seizure of numerous works of art owned by private collectors ode Church, enabling deposits protection of archives and libraries, educational work, and many allowed mitigate destruction, spoliation or loss of war inherent in cultural property.
They are often called press kits, or as they say in English, press release documents that are usually only 20-40 pages, however, tend to be very careful wording and provide data about the photographer including multiple photos.
Anyway, I hope that any of these documents will be interesting for some of you.
