Exposiciones para ver. PhotoEspaña 2016. Afal en el Reina Sofía

Hace unos días comente la exposición, muy buena, "Campo Cerrado" que se celebra en el Reina Sofía y que incluye numerosas fotos de grandes autores.

Pues bien la exposición se complementa con la exhibición de parte de los fondos que ha donado el fotógrafo Pérez Siquier y que se incluyen en PhotoEspaña de este año 2016


La exposición, organizada en el marco de PHotoEspaña 2016 y comisariada por Laura Terré Alonso, reúne un conjunto de obras y documentos que retratan el panorama fotográfico de los años 50 y 60 en España, dedicando especial atención a los materiales relacionados con Afal, el cual se convirtió en el motor de la renovación de la fotografía española tras la posguerra.

Desde luego el Museo Reina Sofía ha dado un gran impulso al conocimiento y reconocimiento de la fotografía española del siglo XX convirtiendola en parte importante de su recorrido histórico artístico.

Las fotos se presentan de manera voluntariamente desordenada lo que permite ver solo las fotos sin mirar los autores en cada una de ellas. ( en un diagrama que las acompaña se identifican los autores como es natural). 
La obra de Cualladó, algunas fotos suyas están presentes, cada vez me gustan más, me parecen mejores.

Como dato complementario en una sala próxima, la 423, se pueden ver fotos de Robert Rauschenberg famoso pintor americano que se reconoce también como fotógrafo y, también de paso a las salas de la exposición Afal,sala 404, podemos pararnos a volver a mirar las fotos de Eugene Smith Spanish Village
